The club meets every Tuesday at 5:00pm at the C.O. Miller Teen Center at the Hickory Foundation YMCA, located at 701 1st St. NW, Hickory, NC. The club is open to all chess enthusiasts of any age or skill level and encourages anyone with any interest in chess to join us at our weekly meetings.

The club met for three years in the Founder's Room in the cafeteria at the Cromer Student Center at Lenoir Rhyne College. Hickory Chess Club is extremely appreciative of the support that it received from Lenoir Rhyne College!
